Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of your 31st IPA Congress registration can be done by writing an email to the conference secretariat at [email protected] stating your registration number in the subject line. The email will have to be sent from the email address you used while registering.
Please note:
- Cancellation before 31/12/2024 will attract a cancellation fee of 25% of gross registration value (excluding Taxes)
- All cancellations done between 01/01/2025 to 31/03/2025 will attract a cancellation fee of 50% of gross registration value (excluding Taxes)
- All cancellations done between 1/04/2025 to 31/04/2025 will attract a cancellation fee of 75% of gross registration value (excluding Taxes)
- All cancellations done post 01/05/2025 will be non-refundable
- All refunds will be processed within 6 - 8 weeks of the completion of the conference
- The timestamp of the email will be considered as the official date of the cancellation request
- Taxes value is non-refundable for any type of cancellation
Terms & Conditions
- Conference registration is mandatory for all
- For any card payment, an additional fee will be charged as per the bank policy
- Refund includes only the registration base amount and does not include Taxes & card payment charges
- Conference Registration is Mandatory for all delegates including children above the age of 5 years
- Photo ID is mandatory for all Delegates for Security Reasons to enter the Conference Area
- Registration is non-transferable
- Students to submit a letter from HOD - Head of Department / Institute
- All Remittance / Bank Charges / online transaction fees to be paid by the delegate
- Children Less than 5 years of age must be registered (Free to Charge) for logistic / Security reasons
- Children above 5 years of age must be registered under the Accompanying delegate slab
- For spot registrations, a Delegate kit will be provided subject to availability
- To collect the delegate kit bag the delegate has to present the delegate badge & it would be handed over only to the registered delegate.
- Organiser will not be responsible for any date change of the conference
- Trade category registration is non-refundable & non-transferable.
- Post Graduate students should submit the bonafide certificate from Head of the Department/Institution along with the Registration form
- Senior citizens need to submit their age-proof
- Virtual registration can be converted to physical registration by paying the difference as per the prevailing fee slab of the physical registration
- Physical Registration cannot be converted to virtual registration. It will have to be cancelled as per the cancellation policy.
- In case the conference is cancelled due to natural disasters circumstances, dates will be rescheduled. In case the new dates are not suitable, no cancellation fee will be charged on the gross amount (excluding Taxes & Card payment charges)
